We process your order within a day and it's in the care of a courier shortly afterward. We work with reliable, well known carriers who provide us with delivery estimates but, unfortunately, once it's in their hands we have no control over how quickly it gets to you. However, general timeframes are:

• Canada: 1–8 business days after it leaves our hands.
• US: 2-8 business days depending on customs.

Shipping is calculated at checkout. Orders over our $130 CAD free-shipping threshold ship free.

While most of our products are CUSMA exempt even with the de minimus removal, and we attach a certificate of origin to each shipping label, US-based customers could still be subject to tariff fees. We're working on quickly pivoting to garments that are made in the USA to get around this.

In the meantime, any fees are the responsibility of the customer.

We want you to love your gear. If something doesn’t fit or feel right, you can return or exchange within 30 days of delivery—as long as it’s unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

We prioritize natural fibers, ethically made garments, and always choose quality
that can handle real-life grit. Most of our tees are 100% cotton, garment-dyed
for that lived-in feel. Hoodies are a cozy heavyweight cotton blend.

Each product page includes a size guide. SmashGrrrl pieces are true-to-size for
a relaxed fit. If you like it extra roomy, size up. A little more snug, size down.

Yes! We use eco-certified water-based inks and pro-level print methods designed
to last through all your adventures (and your laundry).
