"Smash" is all about breaking barriers—gender norms, glass ceilings, and outdated expectations. "Grrrl" is a nod to the Riot Grrrl punk movement, where women rebelled against the male-dominated music scene, fiercely rewrote the rules, and built their own pro-female culture. Together, it’s a name that perfectly captures the SmashGrrrl spirit — one in which women and girls unapologetically claim their space and pursure their interests.
Because we’re here and growing but in many cases, we still have little social exposure or representation. Wearable graphics act as a beacon of identity and a badge of belonging—reshaping the social narrative, normalizing our interests, and opening the door for others to step in.
